Shipping Policy

COMMISSION PROCESS

Send in an email enquiry or a message on Instagram, including a clear photograph of your pet. The better the photo, the more details I will have to work with. If you are unsure, feel free to send in more than one photograph.
Full, upfront payment is required for all commissions. I will only be able to start working on your commission after payment is received.
I endeavour to send you a copy of the completed drawing within 9 days. If you have any comments on the drawing, changes can still be made at this stage. I will email you a proper high-resolution file once you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the drawing.
While my usual processing time is between 1 to 2 weeks, this is dependant on my workload and availability that the time. You will be notified prior to making payment if there will be a delay in receiving your completed artwork.

100 NZD for pet portrait package. Including:

1.Original high resolution digital document for printing (tiff. Format).

2.A smaller size digital document for social media use (jpg. Format).

3.A timelapse video of the the drawing process.

I can arrange a professional Artwork Printing Service to get your portrait printed & framed at your own cost. ( NZ ONLY)

All portraits will come with artist's signature. I kindly request you to not remove it.

Portrait is only for your personal use, please do not resell the image to third parties.
